Privacy Policy.

Last updated · May 10, 2026

This is the privacy policy for alphamodo.com and the spatial-capture services we offer through it. Alphamodo is a brand of Uncut Rush LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “Alphamodo”). The policy covers what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

01

Who we are

Alphamodo is a service of Uncut Rush LLC, registered at 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000 #31166, Casper, WY 82609. For privacy questions, write us at privacy@alphamodo.com.

02

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Booking inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and any notes you add — submitted through the booking form.
  • Customer information: if you become a customer, billing details necessary to invoice you. Card details are entered into Stripe-hosted forms; we never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Correspondence: emails or messages you send us, retained for the period needed to respond and provide the service.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel), including IP address, browser, referrer, and request timestamps. Used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers and do not currently run third-party analytics. If we add an analytics provider in the future, we will update this policy and prefer privacy-respecting options (e.g., Plausible, Vercel Analytics) that do not set tracking cookies.
  • We store a single preference (the value `theme`, either `dark` or `light`) in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.

Information captured on site

When we capture a property under a booking, we record visual data (LiDAR depth + RGB images) of the interior and exterior. We do not record audio, do not capture biometric identifiers, and ask you to remove or cover anything you do not want captured before we begin (mail, screens, personal documents, photos). If household members or staff will be present during the scan, you (the booking contact) are responsible for informing them in advance.

03

How we use your information

  • Respond to booking inquiries within twelve (12) hours.
  • Schedule and perform the spatial capture you booked.
  • Process the capture into a hosted spatial tour at a URL on alphamodo.com.
  • Maintain hosting for the agreed term and remind you about renewal at expiry.
  • Send transactional email (booking confirmations, delivery links, invoices, hosting reminders) via Resend.
  • Process payment via Stripe.
  • Improve the service, debug issues, and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising. We do not use your information to train external AI models. We do not make automated decisions about you that have significant legal or similar effects.

04

Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of subprocessors. Each is contractually limited to processing your data only for the purposes above.

  • Vercel — site hosting and serverless functions (US-East primary, hnd1/Tokyo for some routes).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing once you become a customer.
  • Cloudflare — CDN and image asset delivery (subject to change).

We do not currently use any subprocessor whose terms permit them to use your data for their own purposes outside of providing the service to us. If we add or change subprocessors materially, we will update this policy.

05

Retention

  • Booking inquiries from non-customers: retained for up to twenty-four (24) months, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete sooner at any time.
  • Customer tour deliverables (the splat data, branded landing page, annotation pins): retained while your hosting plan is active and for ninety (90) days after expiry, in case you want to renew. After ninety days post-expiry, the tour is deleted.
  • Billing and tax records: retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically seven years).
  • Server logs: retained for thirty (30) days for security investigations.
06

Your choices and rights

All visitors

  • Access — you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion — you can ask us to delete your booking inquiry or account information. We will honor unless we have a lawful basis to retain (e.g., billing records under tax law).
  • Marketing — we do not currently send marketing email. If we ever do, every message will include an unsubscribe link.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for that purpose.

EU/UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, the lawful bases on which we process your information are: performance of a contract (delivering the service you booked), legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, securing the service), and consent (where required, e.g., future analytics). You may exercise the rights granted under the GDPR / UK GDPR — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — by writing privacy@alphamodo.com.

07

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@alphamodo.com and we will delete it.

08

Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and host infrastructure with attested security programs. We limit access to personal information to the minimum needed to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

09

International transfers

Our primary infrastructure is in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under the safeguards available to our subprocessors (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK transfers).

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice before it takes effect.
